If you have a question or issue with your web site or with the functionality of the content management system, please submit a ticket request through the Portal Support. Please include a detailed description of your request and contact information.

We will respond to all support and request tickets during normal business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you have an emergency, please contact the Consolidated Support Desk at 1-877-482-3233. Otherwise we will respond to your ticket the following business day.

Need help with Vignette?

To help document support calls and incidents, GTA is now requiring all questions and requests regarding state agency web sites and Vignette to be routed through our Portal Support web site .

Learn about New Features

The GTA Content Services has added a Press Release Content Type to Version 6 of Vignette. Using this Content Type will generate an RSS feed for your users to subscribe to for instant updates. It can also be synced with the georgia.gov headlines so your releases will automatically show on the front page of georgia.gov. To request to have your Press Release content items displayed on georgia.gov, please open a ticket through the Portal Support web site.
